Role Overview
PVH is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for its Calvin Klein outlet store located at Outlet City, Tawa, Wellington. The position sits within a global fashion business with a strong focus on brand performance, customer experience, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will support store operations and help drive commercial outcomes, team performance, and the overall customer experience. The position requires hands-on leadership in a retail environment, with close attention to sales, budgets, presentation, and service standards.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate brings prior supervisory or management experience from customer service or apparel retail. You should be confident in leading people, meeting performance goals, and maintaining high standards across the store.
What Success Looks Like
You will be expected to manage and improve key retail measures such as sales targets, wage budgets, units per transaction, conversion rate, average transaction value, shrinkage, and mystery shop results. The role also calls for strong stock control awareness, visual merchandising capability, and a sharp eye for detail.

- You have previously supervised or managed teams in customer service or fashion retail
- You are comfortable working toward KPIs including sales, wages, UPT, conversion, average transaction value, shrinkage, and mystery shop scores
- You communicate clearly and have solid people leadership skills, including the ability to hire, coach, and inspire a team
- You understand stock management and visual merchandising best practices
- You bring an entrepreneurial approach and can spot opportunities for growth
- You are energetic, genuine, and maintain a positive attitude
- You present yourself professionally and pay close attention to grooming and appearance
