Role overview

The Associate Marketing Manager for Glad will help drive execution of integrated marketing plans for Clorox Canada’s Glad Waste portfolio. Working closely with the Brand Manager and cross-functional partners, this role supports annual brand plans through market analysis, consumer insights, marketing execution, and budget oversight.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the creation and delivery of annual marketing plans across innovation, communications, packaging, and consumer insight workstreams.
  • Assist with evaluating and developing potential new product launches that support growth in the Canadian Waste portfolio.
  • Coordinate integrated marketing activity across in-store, digital, retail media, and social channels.
  • Help lead packaging development and updates based on business requirements.
  • Work with agencies and internal teams to deliver strong creative output and smooth execution.
  • Support planning and execution of consumer research studies that inform brand and marketing decisions.
  • Track business performance, including monthly share trends and overall brand results.
  • Contribute to annual marketing planning using analysis of market and business performance.
  • Analyze syndicated data such as Nielsen to understand brand, category, and competitive movements for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Assess marketing program effectiveness and recommend improvements where needed.
  • Handle ad hoc analysis requests as business priorities change.
  • Maintain the overall marketing budget in line with approved plans.
  • Monitor marketing spend and support budget reconciliation activities.
  • Partner with Finance to support accurate monthly reporting and alignment between planned and actual spend.

Requirements
