About Relo Metrics
Relo Metrics is a rapidly expanding, AI-driven global SaaS company focused on sports sponsorship intelligence. The team partners with major leagues, clubs, agencies, and brands to help them measure and improve the return on sponsorship investments through intuitive data products and expert support.
Role Overview
Relo Metrics is hiring an Associate Product Manager to lead the Core squad. The primary goal is to maximize the value of the platform for both clients and internal teams that rely on it every day.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys understanding how a product is actually used and can convert that insight into meaningful improvements. The work involves reviewing support cases, studying product usage data, speaking with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to identify what is working well, where users get stuck, and what should be addressed next.
You will have meaningful ownership and room to operate independently, while receiving close guidance from the Head of Product. It is a strong opportunity for someone early in their product career who wants to build core product skills in a data-rich environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the Core squad roadmap by setting priorities for improvements, bug fixes, and feature upgrades that strengthen client satisfaction and retention.
- Review support tickets on a regular basis to spot repeated friction points, identify broader issue patterns, and turn them into practical product opportunities.
- Use Pendo data to evaluate how clients and internal users interact with the platform, including where they struggle, what they ignore, and what encourages repeat use.
- Work closely with internal teams such as Operations, Customer Success, and Sales to uncover workflow challenges and opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Speak directly with clients to learn how they use the product, what they are trying to accomplish, and where the experience does not meet expectations.
- Prepare detailed product specifications and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Set and monitor KPIs connected to client satisfaction, retention, and product engagement.
- Provide transparent updates on progress to the Head of Product and cross-functional partners.
What We’re Looking For
- 1 to 3 years of experience in product management or a related function such as product operations, customer success, or business analysis, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- A genuine interest in understanding how people use software, especially through support issues and usage analytics.
- Strong analytical thinking with a habit of looking for data patterns before proposing solutions.
- Comfort in working directly with clients and internal stakeholders to uncover needs that may not be clearly stated.
- Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to handle several workstreams at once.
- Clear and direct communication skills, both in writing and in conversation.
- Exposure to product analytics platforms such as Pendo, Mixpanel, or Amplitude is considered an advantage.
- Background in sports, media, or sponsorship is helpful but not mandatory.
Personal Attributes
- Challenger mindset: you do not wait for direction and are comfortable creating your own requirements and moving work forward proactively.
- Insight-led approach: you are naturally curious and rely on data and evidence to define the squad’s direction.
- Clear communicator: you can explain ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated base compensation for this position is $82,730 to $100,000 annually, including base pay plus bonus. Actual compensation may vary depending on qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
The total rewards package also includes an employer-matched 401(k) retirement plan. Depending on the role, there may also be eligibility for bonus, commission, or stock incentive participation. Additional benefits and wellness details are available through the company’s U.S. benefits and perks package.
Remote Work Note
This role supports remote work or work from home. However, applicants must live in the local area specified for the role due to business needs such as client interaction, team collaboration, and timezone alignment.
