About the role

Clarity Housing Ltd is seeking an organised and commercially aware Business Analyst to help improve business performance, streamline processes, and support technology-led innovation. In this role, you will collaborate with operations, property management, and software development colleagues to understand business needs, refine workflows, and contribute to the development of the company’s internal property technology platform.

Key responsibilities

  • Collect, structure, and record business requirements from different stakeholders.
  • Review current processes to spot inefficiencies and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, user stories, and functional documentation.
  • Partner with developers, designers, and project managers across the full software delivery cycle.
  • Carry out market research and compare competitor offerings.
  • Assist with testing activities, implementation support, and user acceptance testing.
  • Produce reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership teams.
  • Track KPIs and suggest improvements based on data insights.
  • Contribute to digital transformation initiatives across the organisation.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline is required.

  • Confident communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Visio, or similar business analysis tools.
