Join a fast-growing consumer healthcare brand as a Business Analytics Intern, supporting a large telesales setup of more than 300 sales agents across several locations. This role is well suited to recent graduates who enjoy working with data, uncovering business insights, and solving operational problems. You will partner closely with the Sales Leadership team on analytics-driven projects, reporting, and root-cause investigations that improve overall performance.

What you'll do

  • Study sales performance patterns on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Track core business indicators such as conversion, productivity, attendance, revenue, quality, and customer outcomes.
  • Build dashboards and management-level reports for leadership review.
