- Help resolve complaints in coordination with QA/CAPA.
- Represent the business at trade shows, exhibitions, workshops, and seminars.
- Organize client meetings, dinners, outings, and quarterly meetings.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a closely related field.
- At least 3 years of sales experience in logistics, clinical supply, pharmaceuticals, or a similar industry.
- Strong commercial awareness, including understanding of healthcare market dynamics, pricing approaches, and business operations.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools for pipeline tracking and reporting.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and time management in a fast-moving environment.
- Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented, with a track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term partnerships.
