Role Overview
Fresha is hiring a Business Development Manager to support its growth in Qatar. This position reports to the Business Development Team Lead for GCC and works closely with the commercial team and prospective partners. The main focus of the role is to generate new business and contribute directly to expansion in a fast-moving environment.

What You Will Do
- Consistently deliver against sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Reach out to key decision-makers through calls, email, and social touchpoints to win new business.
- Present, promote, and sell Fresha products and services through demos for prospective and existing partners.
- Manage the full sales journey, from prospecting through to deal closure.
- Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis with current and potential partners so the solution matches their goals.
- Work with cross-functional teams to create a smooth partner experience.
- Share feedback on market developments and industry trends.
- Follow up with all qualified inbound leads promptly and record every call outcome in the CRM.
- Act as the primary commercial contact for partners across all business-related matters.
What Fresha Is Looking For
Fresha is seeking a strong B2B sales professional with at least 2 years of proven success. Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is especially relevant.
The ideal candidate should be naturally driven to find opportunities, skilled at building relationships, highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and effective at time management. Curiosity and a desire for continuous growth are also important. Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
Interview Process
The hiring process includes three video-based stages: a screening call with the Talent Team lasting 30 minutes, a skills and experience interview with the Hiring Manager lasting 45 minutes, and a presentation interview with the Hiring Team lasting 75 minutes. Fresha aims to complete the full process and share feedback within 2 weeks.
Applications are reviewed manually by the talent team. While the company aims to assess applications within 7 days, high volume may occasionally extend this timeframe.
