Role Overview

Open Systems is looking for a junior sales professional with a strong hunter mentality to help expand its presence in the DACH market. In this role, you will create new business opportunities through targeted outreach, careful qualification, and structured discovery conversations. You will help prospects understand the value of Open Systems’ managed SASE and global connectivity solutions as a modern alternative to traditional providers. The position is closely connected to leadership, with regular reporting to the CEO, giving the role strong exposure and career momentum.

What You Will Do

  • Identify customer needs, qualify opportunities, and pass them to the right sales colleague in a timely way.
  • Build prospect lists and account research, then uncover new opportunities through outbound activity such as cold calls, email outreach, event-driven campaigns, content-led campaigns, vertical campaigns, and social media.
  • Develop leads by evaluating each opportunity, presenting the product value clearly, and following up promptly.
  • Review inbound and outbound leads and carry out due diligence before progressing them.
