The role sits at the center of a fast-scaling, AI-focused technology business. You will work closely with leaders across Go-to-Market, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Data to convert strategic priorities into measurable results. Key accountabilities
- Work with senior Go-to-Market leadership to shape and deliver growth initiatives tied to company goals.
- Coordinate major cross-team programs spanning Sales, Marketing, Product, Data, and Operations, with clear ownership and execution discipline.
- Set up and maintain operational cadences, planning cycles, governance routines, and leadership meetings that improve alignment.
- Act as the main operational connector across business groups, helping teams communicate effectively and make informed decisions.
- Manage readiness for product launches, integrations, and enterprise programs through structured planning and stakeholder coordination.
- Create scalable frameworks, dashboards, reporting methods, and performance measures that improve visibility and support continuous improvement.
- Own the customer feedback loop by turning insights into recommendations that strengthen product direction, customer experience, and Go-to-Market execution.
- Lead process improvements that boost efficiency, deepen collaboration, and speed up enterprise growth efforts.
Required background
- Prior experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, or a comparable strategic operations leadership role.
- Proven success leading complex initiatives that involve Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and executive stakeholders.
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to turn high-level business priorities into concrete operating plans.
- Excellent planning, organization, and prioritization skills in fast-moving and changing environments.
- Strong analytical ability, including using data to inform decisions, define KPIs, and track operational results.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence teams without direct authority.
- Experience building scalable operating models, governance frameworks, planning rhythms, and business processes.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to feed customer insights into strategy and operational improvements.
- Comfort working independently while balancing several priorities in a highly collaborative setting.
