Role overview

This position sits in Singapore and is focused on coordinating demand and supply activities, supporting business operations, and helping ensure products and services are delivered in line with company policy and local regulatory requirements.

What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate demand/supply management, business processes, and manufacturing or delivery activities in accordance with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to spot and implement improvements that lower costs, support business integration, and keep operations adaptable as market and regulatory conditions change.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute plans that support broader business strategy.
• Take part in building and validating demand signals, aligning them with transition plans, identifying supply constraints, and defining an executable plan that supports financial and market-share goals.
• Handle lifecycle planning, order management, allocation management, ATP/commit processes, attainment tracking, logistics coordination for domestic and international shipments, and inventory analysis, optimization, and movement.
• Partner across functions to track organizational metrics such as customer availability, service levels, on-time delivery, supplier response time, supply chain costs, and inventory.
• Apply specialized knowledge to resolve routine and complex issues within established guidelines, recommend alternatives, and exercise independent judgment when selecting solutions.
• May lead a team or project, guide activities, and support information validation and group decision-making.

Experience and qualifications

Applicants should have a first-level university degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A higher university degree may also be relevant. The role typically requires 4 to 6 years of experience in a supply chain function, or 4 to 6 years in customs/global trade work, along with a broker license.

Education

A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, though equivalent education and experience may be considered. Educational expectations can differ depending on geography.
