About the role
The HomeStay Support service is designed to reduce the risk of homelessness by helping people sustain their current housing and independence. Support may include connecting clients with relevant services, strengthening social support networks, and working through issues that could place tenancy at risk.
As a Case Worker, you will provide tailored support to individuals so they can work toward agreed goals. You will partner with outside agencies and organisations to source suitable assistance, take part in co-design activities, and contribute ideas for improving the way services are delivered so client outcomes are strengthened.

Key requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience delivering specialist casework and case management support at a high standard. You should be able to assess complex client circumstances in a holistic way, recognise gaps in service delivery, and manage competing demands while handling intricate cases.
You will also need strong cultural awareness and the ability to work effectively with people from a wide range of backgrounds. Building and sustaining productive relationships with stakeholders is essential.
A current Working With Children Check and an Australian driver licence are mandatory.

Additional information
This position is covered by the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award at Level 4. The base salary starts from $88,090.08 per year, with salary packaging and superannuation in addition.
