  • Define, track, and improve key performance indicators.
  • Increase operational efficiency and spot opportunities for automation.
  • Handle operational budgets and keep spending under review.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance updates for the CEO.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects across different departments.
  • Address operational challenges and put durable solutions in place.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Contribute to business development and growth initiatives.
  • Ensure targets, deadlines, and company goals are met consistently.
  • Foster a remote culture that is positive, accountable, and high-performing.

Candidates should bring at least 3 years of experience in a COO, Operations Manager, General Manager, or other senior leadership role. The role requires proven success in leading remote teams across several departments, strong business planning and strategic leadership experience, and a track record of improving processes and implementing scalable operating systems. Applicants should have excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills, along with solid financial management capability including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility. Experience creating KPIs, dashboards, and management reports is important, as are strong leadership, people management, independent decision-making, project oversight, and communication skills. Familiarity with CRM platforms, project management tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace is expected. Background in branding, marketing, customer experience, recruitment, SaaS, or service-led businesses is a plus. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred, and an MBA or similar qualification is an advantage.
