Role Overview

The Facilities Group National is hiring a motivated cleaner to help maintain client facilities in a clean, safe, and orderly condition. This position requires a hands-on approach to daily cleaning work, familiarity with common cleaning products, and the ability to stay productive with limited supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine cleaning duties throughout the building and keep the property in proper condition.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors as needed.
• Clean, restock, and maintain restrooms.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recycling.
• Clear sidewalks of debris and snow.
• Make sure doors are secured after business hours.
• Treat spills using the correct tools and supplies.
• Handle small repairs when required.
• Report significant repair issues to a supervisor or manager.
• Finish assigned tasks efficiently and with little direct oversight.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies.
• Coordinate with outside contract cleaning services when necessary.
• Take on additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Ability to organize time effectively and work efficiently.
• Comfortable performing duties without constant supervision.
• Capability to use cleaning chemicals safely.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with basic cleaning equipment.
• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent qualification.
• Authorization to work in the United States; E-Verify is used.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time evening shift role with working hours of Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
