Role overview
Dominus works with high-ticket businesses across lead generation, funnel building, CRM, and sales execution. The company has supported clients such as Tai Lopez, Luke Belmar / Capital Club, Colin Yurcisin, and Trivium. It is hiring a single Client Success Manager to take ownership of client relationships and coordinate the creative team delivering the work.
This position has a direct impact on whether a client renews or leaves. It requires strong ownership, fast execution, and the ability to keep work moving without losing sight of quality.
What the role involves
You will be the primary contact for clients while also keeping designers and video editors aligned on priorities. You will work under the strategist, who defines direction for each account; your job is to convert that direction into clear action, ensure the client stays informed, and surface issues before they escalate.
A typical week may include client calls, written progress updates, managing creative production, translating strategy into tasks and deadlines, and making sure follow-up is visible to the client. You may also be asked to write or refine client emails, ad copy, landing page edits, and follow-up sequences. The role also requires daily use of GoHighLevel for pipelines, workflows, calendars, and reporting.
Experience and working style
Dominus is looking for someone with at least 2 years of client-facing experience in an agency, information-product company, or services business. Prior lead-generation experience is important, especially in info products, services, or agency environments. Hands-on GoHighLevel experience is required.
The role depends heavily on communication, so spoken and written English must be clear, neutral, and easy for US-based clients to follow. The team needs someone who can direct creative contributors, improve copy where needed, and keep projects moving with urgency and accountability.
This is a startup environment with frequent changes and fast-moving priorities. People who need fixed routines may struggle here, while those who want autonomy, pace, and responsibility may thrive.
Compensation and structure
The package includes a competitive base salary plus a performance bonus tied to the gross profit of your pod. High-performing managers can earn more than $6,000 per month. The company is upfront that results determine compensation growth and placement.
Company values
Dominus describes itself as a growth partner rather than an agency and follows a set of principles called The Dominus Way. The team emphasizes six core values: putting people first, using data to guide decisions, continuously improving, taking full accountability, acting with integrity, and building for long-term sustainability.
- People come first in client and team interactions.
- Decisions should be grounded in data rather than assumptions.
- Work should improve continuously instead of repeating old methods.
- Ownership matters, and problems should be addressed directly.
- Integrity is expected even when no one is watching.
- Results should support durable relationships and long-term trust.
Application process
Qualified candidates will be contacted and asked to submit a 2–3 minute selfie-style video, a resume, and work samples. The video should address three points: a client relationship you successfully saved or expanded, the lead-generation work you have handled and its results, and an example of creative work you directed along with the improvements you made.
Only candidates who pass the video screening will move forward.
