Role overview
As a Co-Founder, you will share responsibility for the company’s strategic direction, commercial growth, and day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the current founding team to turn user insights into product decisions, run growth initiatives, and help build the systems needed to scale the business.
What you will do
- Speak directly with users, study product behavior, and convert findings into product ideas and testable experiments.
- Plan and execute go-to-market efforts such as outbound outreach, partnerships, and growth campaigns to expand Nolo’s user base.
- Help define the roadmap, establish success metrics, and develop repeatable sales and marketing processes.
- Support recruiting, fundraising discussions, and internal operations as the company grows.
