Role Overview
Tata Consultancy Services is conducting a walk-in hiring drive for an experienced Collibra Developer / Data Governance Consultant in Bhubaneswar. The position is focused on building and operating enterprise data governance solutions on the Collibra platform, with emphasis on cataloging, lineage, workflow design, compliance, and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and configure the Collibra data governance platform for enterprise use.
- Build and maintain the data catalog, business glossary, and data lineage capabilities.
- Create governance workflows, policies, and framework components within Collibra.
- Work closely with business and technology teams to define and improve governance processes.
- Connect Collibra with data sources, ETL solutions, and business intelligence platforms.
- Support data quality, metadata handling, and compliance-related requirements.
- Administer user permissions, role-based access, and workflow controls.
- Carry out stewardship tasks and assist governance councils as needed.
- Investigate problems and provide support in production environments.
- Document configurations and processes while following governance best practices.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Practical, hands-on expertise with the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform.
- Solid working knowledge of data governance and data management frameworks.
- Understanding of metadata management, data lineage, and data cataloging.
- Experience creating and maintaining workflows in Collibra.
- Strong SQL ability and analytical skills for working with data.
- Awareness of ETL and data integration tools.
- Ability to integrate Collibra with enterprise systems and platforms.
- Exposure to data quality solutions and governance policies.
