About the internship

This internship is with Zion, the pickleball-focused brand under Specter Products LLP. The company is building premium paddles, courts, and community-led experiences to help grow pickleball as a major sport in India. The role is centered on running the court smoothly, delivering a strong player experience, and helping expand the local pickleball community.

What you will do

• Oversee daily court operations and keep activity running smoothly.
• Greet and support players, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Help build the pickleball community by supporting events, mixers, and leagues.
• Manage court bookings and handle player questions or issues.
• Keep the court, equipment, and venue presentable and well-maintained.
• Take photos and videos for social media and community promotion.
• Work closely with coaches, staff, and management to coordinate daily activities.
• Spot ways to improve player engagement and encourage repeat participation.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, begin between 2nd Jul'26 and 6th Aug'26, stay for 3 months, and bring relevant skills and interest in the role.

Requirements

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Comfortable with customer-facing work and service-oriented interactions.
• Interest in sports, fitness, or community development.
• Ability to use WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and booking tools.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed based on court timings.
• Experience in events, hospitality, sports, or customer service is a plus.

Additional information

The stipend has a fixed component of ₹7,500 to ₹10,000 per month plus an incentive component of ₹1,000 to ₹5,000 per month.
