Role Overview

Tatu City Limited is seeking a Community Relations Manager to steer community engagement, stakeholder coordination, and social impact efforts. The position also provides leadership for the Tatu City Labour Desk and local workforce development initiatives. The goal is to build constructive, long-term relationships with surrounding communities, public officials, residents, and other key partners so that the project can grow in a peaceful and sustainable way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and roll out community engagement plans that support the company’s strategy and operational goals.

  • Manage and coordinate casual labour needs across projects and operational areas.

  • Support the planning and execution of engagement events, recruitment drives, training forums, and labour-related activities.
  • Prepare labour desk performance dashboards, workforce statistics, and community employment impact reports for management.
  • Ensure the Labour Desk functions in line with company policy, labour laws, and stakeholder engagement commitments.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Public Relations, Social Sciences, Human Resource Management, Communications, or a closely related discipline is required.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in community relations, stakeholder engagement, or labour coordination.
