Compliance Analyst

Role Overview

Mandarich Law Group, LLP is hiring a Compliance Analyst to support its compliance function. The role is available in Chicago, IL, Williamsville, NY, Lake Mary, FL, or Kennesaw, GA. This is an in-office position scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, based on the local time zone of the office.

What You Will Do

You will partner with the firm’s Compliance Team to help maintain adherence to consumer and collection laws, regulations, and industry practices. The work centers on handling consumer disputes, requests for debt verification, and fraud or hardship claims, while keeping records accurate, organized, and up to date.

• Review consumer disputes, debt verification requests, fraud claims, and hardship claims from the start of intake through resolution.
• Enter matters into the firm’s system of record, track their progress, and make sure they are resolved within required timelines and in line with firm and client instructions.
• Monitor case handling to ensure alignment with internal procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in collections, compliance, quality assurance, or complaint/dispute handling is preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong attention to detail and solid organizational abilities are essential.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.
