Content Creator - Instagram

About the Role

This position is for a creative Instagram content specialist based in Lucknow. You will be responsible for producing engaging social content that strengthens brand presence and drives audience interaction. The role calls for someone who understands current social media trends and can turn ideas into compelling reels, stories, posts, and other short-form content.

What You Will Do

• Develop eye-catching Instagram content across reels, stories, posts, and carousels.
• Turn brand goals into content concepts and bring them to life.
• Keep track of Instagram trends, popular formats, and platform changes.
• Draft creative captions and supporting copy for posts.
• Capture and edit short videos using a mobile device and editing apps.
• Work closely with the marketing team to plan and maintain content calendars.
• Take part in shoots, campaigns, events, and brand activations.
• Review content performance and recommend improvements using insights.
• Maintain consistency in brand tone, visual style, and messaging.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in content creation, ideally for Instagram.
• Good understanding of Instagram reels, stories, and content trends.
• Ability to shoot videos on mobile and edit them at a basic level.
• Working knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar apps.
• Strong creativity, storytelling ability, and communication skills.
• Capacity to produce new ideas quickly and deliver work within deadlines.

Preferred Background

• Experience creating content for brands, influencers, or agencies.
• Basic skills in photography and graphic design.
• Exposure to influencer marketing and social media analytics.

Location

This is a work-from-office role in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Salary

The compensation offered is ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
