Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in cost control, FP&A, management accounting, project controls, or corporate finance.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading cost-control activities, budgeting cycles, or financial performance initiatives is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modelling, and profitability management.
  • Hands-on exposure to ERP systems, financial reporting tools, business intelligence platforms, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
