Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain systems and procedures that track costs, control spending, and highlight opportunities for improvement.
  • Review financial information, build detailed cost reports, and share actionable insights with management.
  • Carry out periodic stock counts and reconciliations to keep inventory records accurate.
  • Track budget deviations, report them clearly, and suggest corrective measures where needed.
  • Work with department leaders to prepare and oversee department budgets.
  • Make sure financial practices align with company rules, accounting standards, and local legal requirements.
  • Prepare and check monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
  • Support initiatives aimed at reducing costs and improving efficiency.
