Role overview
CHARLES & KEITH GROUP is seeking a Creative Content Production Associate in Singapore. This position supports the creation of e-commerce and platform-specific content by coordinating production activities from the earliest planning stages through final delivery. The role sits within the Studio team and requires strong coordination, hands-on production support, and the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving smoothly.
What you will do
- Take part in the full production cycle, from research and pre-production planning to shooting and post-production wrap-up.
- Manage tasks such as casting, wardrobe and prop sourcing, scheduling, and coordination with external agencies for e-commerce asset creation.
- Partner closely with the Studio team to produce high-quality creative output and keep production processes running efficiently.
- Monitor timelines and budgets carefully so that delivery stays on track with minimal deviation.
- Help improve systems, workflows, and working methods by contributing to better processes and standard practices.
- Keep projects on schedule and within budget while handling scope changes through contingency planning and change orders when needed.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including marketing sample coordination, data entry, and accurate record-keeping.
- Track samples and arrange their delivery for shoots conducted locally or overseas.
- Source appropriate props, clothing, and products for different content formats and platform requirements.
- Arrange model sourcing and casting.
- Support on-set problem solving whenever production issues arise.
- Handle additional assignments as needed while continuing to manage core responsibilities.
Requirements
- Prior experience in project management, team coordination, or a lead role with accountability for collective results.
- Ability to safely lift items and manage manual handling of products.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools.
- Good grasp of how operational workflows function.
- Able to work well in a fast-moving, flexible environment and adjust priorities frequently.
- Resourceful in solving problems during shoots and production activities.
- Well organized with strong multitasking ability.
- Careful approach to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
