Company Overview
UGC Factory is a results-focused creative partner serving leading DTC brands. The team produces data-led, trend-aware ad creative designed to scale quickly. So far, the company has worked with more than 500 brands, including Everyday Dose, Oreo, HUEL, ARMRA, Harry's, BlueChew, and others.
Rather than operating like a conventional content agency, UGC Factory is building an AI-native model for creative strategy, combining systems, taste, and performance-driven thinking.
Role Summary
The company is looking for a Creative Strategist to take ownership of creative performance across a set of DTC brand accounts. The ideal candidate brings together creative thinking, performance analysis, and AI-native workflows.
You will be responsible for developing strong ad concepts, writing hooks and angles that capture attention, and using data to keep refining creative output. The focus is not on aesthetics alone, but on building content that drives conversion.
Responsibilities
- Create hooks, angles, and ad concepts for multiple assigned DTC accounts.
- Develop persuasive scripts and creative briefs for UGC creators and video editors.
- Review performance data, identify what is converting, and iterate quickly.
- Use AI tools to speed up research, ideation, and script creation.
- Track Meta, TikTok, and broader DTC creative trends and bring new ideas to the team.
- Maintain creative systems, swipe files, and account-specific playbooks.
- Work closely with account managers and editors so concepts are executed accurately.
Requirements
- Background in creative strategy, performance marketing, or DTC advertising.
- Strong working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
- A performance-first approach with a clear focus on conversion results.
- Strong creative judgment and the ability to distinguish high-potential concepts from weak ones.
- Excellent organization and self-management skills across several accounts.
- Comfort working with the Meta ad ecosystem and UGC-style creative at scale.
- Ability to write scripts or briefs for UGC or performance video content is preferred.
- Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Airtable, Slack, Notion, and agency-style workflows is preferred.
- Capability to read ad creative data and turn insights into fresh concepts is preferred.
