Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned education specialist to help evaluate and refine AI-produced learning materials as part of an advanced AI project connected with Google Gemini. The focus of this position is to ensure that generated educational content reflects sound instructional practice, follows curriculum expectations, and supports meaningful learner outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine AI-created lessons, assessments, and other instructional materials for quality and accuracy.
- Judge how well the content supports effective teaching, strong pedagogy, and learner engagement.
- Verify that materials are consistent with curriculum structures and academic requirements.
- Review assessment items for validity, reliability, and alignment with intended learning goals.
- Spot instructional weaknesses such as gaps in understanding, weak sequencing, or ineffective teaching approaches.
- Help build quality standards, review criteria, and evaluation rubrics for content assessment.
- Work closely with product, research, and operations teams to improve outcomes.
Required Background
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in education, curriculum development, or academic leadership is required.
- An advanced degree such as an Ed.D., PhD, or Master’s in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or a similar discipline is expected.
- Suitable experience includes work as a Curriculum Director, Academic Dean, Department Head, University Faculty member, Senior Instructional Designer, or Education Consultant.

Preferred Experience

- Working knowledge of education compliance topics such as FERPA and data privacy.
- Background in K–12, higher education, or professional learning environments.
Engagement Details
This is a fully remote, flexible consulting engagement intended to be a long-term opportunity. It is best suited to senior education professionals with deep expertise in curriculum and instructional design.
