Key Responsibilities
- Connect with homeowners and trade partners by phone and email to address questions and coordinate next steps.
- Arrange repair appointments and track service requests through completion.
- Assist with identifying practical solutions to common homeowner issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with several internal teams to make sure concerns are handled efficiently.
- Provide every customer interaction with professionalism, warmth, and a service-first mindset.
- Balance several priorities at once while keeping work accurate, organized, and detail-focused.
Work Location and Company Update
This is a full-time, onsite position based at CBH Homes’ headquarters in Meridian, Idaho, and it is open immediately.
The company is currently undergoing a major transition: a new headquarters is being built in Caldwell, Idaho, and this role is expected to relocate there in 2027.

Requirements
- A positive outlook and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational habits with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- A calm, solution-oriented approach when dealing with problems or pressure.
- Comfort working in a busy, fast-paced, team-driven setting.
- Experience in homebuilding or construction is helpful, but not mandatory.
