About the Role

This position calls for a seasoned, results-focused professional to lead customer relationship efforts and to create and grow strategic partnerships with corporate clients. The role is central to improving client satisfaction, deepening commercial relationships, and uncovering new growth opportunities for a real estate business.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Design and roll out customer relationship approaches that raise satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
  • Manage customer service activities and make sure questions, issues, and complaints are handled promptly.
  • Track the customer journey and drive ongoing improvements in service quality.
  • Define service benchmarks, KPIs, and satisfaction measures.
  • Review customer feedback and turn insights into improvements in products and services.

Corporate Relations & Business Development

  • Develop and sustain strong connections with corporate clients, investors, brokers, and key business allies.
  • Spot and pursue fresh business opportunities and partnership prospects.
  • Lead negotiations and oversee commercial agreements, joint initiatives, and partnership programs.
  • Represent the organization at business meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Leasing, and Property Management teams to unlock business potential.

Strategic & Operational Responsibilities

  • Create annual customer and corporate relations plans that support company goals.
  • Prepare regular performance updates and business insights for senior leadership.
  • Keep an eye on market movements, competitor actions, and customer expectations in the real estate sector.
  • Guide, coach, and develop team members in the customer relations function to meet department targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Management, or a closely related discipline.
  • At least 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in customer relations, key account management, corporate relations, or business development.
  • Background in real estate, property development, construction, or investment is strongly preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of customer experience management and corporate partnership development.
  • Excellent skills in negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build durable business relationships and strategic alliances.
  • Strong capability in analysis, reporting, and problem-solving.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications in Customer Experience (CX), CRM, Sales & Marketing Management, or Business Development are considered an advantage.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and customer analytics tools is beneficial.
  • A well-established network within the Saudi business and real estate market is preferred.
