About BioRender
BioRender is focused on speeding up how people learn, discover, and communicate science, with the goal of making scientific knowledge more open, collaborative, and easier to understand. The company creates software used by scientists across academia and biotech to produce professional-quality scientific figures, presentations, and data visualizations. More than 2 million scientists in 200+ countries rely on BioRender to communicate science effectively.
Role Summary
The webinar function is a major driver of product engagement at BioRender, and the company is investing further in this area. As Customer Education Manager, Webinars & Training, you will lead the organization’s live and scaled learning efforts. You will own webinar execution end to end, including content creation, ongoing maintenance, and delivery, while also developing formal training paths, certification offerings, and digital learning experiences that help every user become proficient with BioRender from anywhere in the world. The role is part of the Customer Education team and partners closely with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, and Marketing to grow active usage and make education a meaningful revenue lever at scale.
Key Responsibilities
You will serve as the main host and presenter for BioRender’s large-audience webinar program, delivering live sessions that are engaging, polished, and aligned with adult learning best practices. You will manage the full webinar calendar, including planning with internal teams, developing content, coordinating promotion, and running the live sessions. You will also support expansion into multiple time zones and languages to improve global reach and accessibility. The content portfolio should grow to include platform walkthroughs, advanced feature sessions, practical use-case webinars, and Q&A formats. In addition, you will build standardized webinar playbooks, email copy, and reusable slide decks so Customer Success Managers can support and promote webinars without starting from scratch.
You will also lead tailored one-to-one training sessions for enterprise accounts with significant revenue impact, customizing material to each customer’s workflows, use cases, and skill levels. Part of the role includes helping create a scalable process for CSMs to request live webinars and providing train-the-trainer assets and rollout materials for internal champions.
Another major part of the job is designing structured education programs for different audience segments, including new users, power users, administrators, and scientific roles. You will create digital learning courses that extend beyond live webinars and support self-paced learning at scale.
Required Experience and Qualifications
The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of experience in customer education, training, instructional design, or customer enablement within a SaaS environment. A background in life sciences, biology, or another scientific field is important, or you should have strong familiarity with how scientists work and communicate. Direct experience using BioRender is expected. You should also have a track record of designing and delivering interactive live webinars or training sessions for broad and varied audiences.
Strong presentation presence is essential, both on camera and on stage, with the ability to confidently engage scientists and executives alike. You should have experience building structured learning offerings such as courses, certifications, or multi-session curricula, and you must be able to produce your own content, including scripts, presentation decks, facilitation guides, and follow-up resources. A data-oriented approach is important: you should measure impact, improve programs quickly, and connect education outcomes to business goals. The role also requires excellent organization, self-direction, and the ability to handle a complex webinar schedule while building longer-term training infrastructure. Strong cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product is also needed.
Bonus Experience
Additional strengths include familiarity with instructional design frameworks, webinar tools such as Zoom Webinars, and LMS or course-authoring platforms like Teachable, Thinkific, or Articulate. Experience building train-the-trainer programs or champion advocacy models would be valuable, as would comfort with localization strategy across different regions, time zones, and languages. Exposure to lifecycle marketing or customer success platforms such as Customer.io, Gainsight, or Intercom is also helpful.
Why This Role Stands Out
This is a mission-driven opportunity where every webinar and learning path helps scientists do better work. You will have substantial ownership over the shape and direction of the learning programs. BioRender also offers a product that customers strongly value, an engaged user community, a collaborative and fast-moving customer success culture, and compensation, benefits, and remote-first flexibility.

By applying, you agree that your personal data may be processed by BioRender in accordance with GDPR and the company’s Privacy Policy.
