About the Role
This position is for a Customer Service Advisor in Tirana, Albania, within DHL Express. The role sits in a global logistics and express transport environment where service quality and customer satisfaction are central. It is offered as a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide fast, accurate, and professional answers to customer questions and concerns.
- Track shipments and share updated information on their progress and status.
- Manage complaints and special cases while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Record and process customer orders and service requests.
- Work with other departments to ensure efficient solutions and high service standards.
- Spot customer needs and offer additional services where suitable.
- Maintain DHL’s standards for service quality and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
- Advanced English proficiency is mandatory, with C1 or C2 level required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive mindset with a strong customer-first approach.
- Good organizational ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to stay effective under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
- Comfortable using computers and different operating systems.
- Prior experience in customer service, customer support, a contact center, or a similar role is an advantage.
