The role has a direct influence on project outcomes and is expected to help deliver business-critical results.Key ResponsibilitiesThe executive will handle configuration completion for enterprise and wholesale customers while ensuring deployments meet agreed service levels. The role also includes managing change requests, turn-ups, migrations, and post-provisioning testing and troubleshooting.Additional work includes validating wiring connections, coordinating field dispatches, participating actively in project work, and ensuring installation activities are completed on time against SLA and KPI targets. Escalations must be managed effectively whenever delivery is at risk.In addition, the role involves supporting service delivery across MSP and legacy core MPLS networks, driving order fulfilment for enterprise customers, and helping customers continue their operations through reliable service activation.The position requires strong telecom knowledge along with excellent communication, reporting, stakeholder management, critical thinking, and influencing abilities.
