Role overview
Greenstar is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its team in Millennium Park, Ballycoolin, Dublin 11. The position follows a Monday to Friday schedule and sits within Panda’s customer service function. This role is suited to someone with strong communication abilities, a positive outlook, and a willingness to learn. Prior customer service experience can help, but it is not a requirement because full training will be provided.
In this position, you will support both household and business customers as they interact with Panda. Your work will involve answering questions, helping to solve problems, and sharing accurate information about the company’s services.
What the role involves
- Managing incoming telephone calls and routing customers to the correct person or team when required
- Communicating with residential and commercial customers in a polite, professional, and supportive way
- Giving clear and correct details about Panda services and customer accounts
- Dealing with customer questions, requests, and complaints in a timely and consistent manner
- Working alongside other departments to help close customer issues efficiently
- Completing customer-related tasks accurately in internal systems
- Making follow-up courtesy calls regarding complaints or service problems
- Maintaining precise and up-to-date records of customer conversations and actions taken
- Supporting the wider team in a flexible and fast-moving setting
- Helping build a positive, collaborative team environment
