Role overview
The Data Analyst will help the organization turn data into practical insights that support productivity, profitability, and better operational outcomes. The role works closely with marketing, operations, and accounting teams and focuses on reporting, visualization, and data quality.
Key responsibilities
- Study datasets to surface trends, patterns, and opportunities that can improve efficiency and financial performance.
- Build and keep current reports, dashboards, and visual summaries.
- Convert complex information into simple, useful insights that others can act on.
- Partner with marketing, operations, and accounting teams to strengthen internal and external performance.
- Check and verify data so it remains accurate, consistent, and dependable.
- Find and fix inconsistencies, unusual values, and other data quality problems in reporting and analysis.
- Look for ways to make reporting faster and more effective.
Schedule and work arrangement
This is a non-remote role based in Jackson, TN. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional overtime may be needed to support excellent member service, though the organization tries to protect work-life balance and keep overtime limited.
Candidate profile
The preferred candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related discipline, along with 2 to 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar area. Strong Excel skills, advanced SQL ability, and experience with reporting and visualization platforms, especially Power BI, are important. The role also calls for strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, clear communication, and comfort working across teams while managing several priorities and deadlines.
