Role Summary

This position acts as the connection point between AI consultants, outside IT partners, and internal business teams to keep AI efforts aligned with broader business goals. It supports the Quality Department in improving data quality, turning data into practical insights, and implementing AI-based solutions end to end across the organization. The role also helps convert business requirements into technical specifications, supports successful delivery, and drives ongoing enhancement of AI use cases across different functions.

Scope of Work

• Collaborate across several platform areas, including core insurance applications, provider portals, member-facing apps, e-claims processing, analytics dashboards, and integration layers.
• Contribute to both process improvement initiatives and broader digital transformation programs.

Qualifications

• B.Tech degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or a closely related discipline.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in data analytics, AI, or business intelligence.
• Strong working knowledge of Python, R, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Hands-on experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, data visualization, and artificial intelligence tools and methods.
• Strong analytical ability with the capability to coordinate stakeholders and communicate clearly.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, high-pressure environments that demand collaboration and teamwork.

Technical Skills

• Advanced use of Python, R, and SQL for analysis, modeling, and solution building.
• Ability to create interactive dashboards and business intelligence reports with Power BI and Tableau.
• Solid understanding of statistics, forecasting, machine learning, and predictive modeling techniques.
• Experience handling data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and management from multiple sources.
• Knowledge of AI technologies, including large language models and OCR solutions.
• Capability to analyze complex datasets and produce insights that support decision-making.
• Experience designing, testing, and improving analytical models to strengthen business and operational outcomes.
