About the Role
Gritter Francona is seeking a Data Technician to join our team in support of a contract with the Veterans Affairs. This role involves assisting a delivery team with data entry, reporting, and documentation under the supervision of a team lead. The position requires active participation in a collaborative team environment with daily interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry and Processing: Accurately inputting, updating, and correcting information within databases, managing substantial volumes of data.
- Data Integrity and Quality Assurance: Diligently checking data for accuracy, performing necessary cleaning procedures, and ensuring uniformity across all systems.
- Reporting and Analysis: Creating various reports and deriving actionable insights from data to support operational needs.
- Documentation and Security Compliance: Developing and maintaining data documentation, including dictionaries and models, while strictly adhering to established data security protocols.
Requirements
- Possession of a high school diploma or GED.
- Demonstrated familiarity with database systems.
- A high level of proficiency in time management and task prioritization.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with management and clients.
- Prior experience utilizing tools such as ServiceNow, GitHub, and Jira.
