Job Details

Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Pay Rate: Starting from $13.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Conduct janitorial duties in entryways, corridors, cafeterias, and common areas to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, floors, and toilets, and restock necessary supplies.
• Dispose of trash, empty waste bins, and remove any graffiti.
• Safely utilize cleaning solutions, strictly adhering to all safety protocols.
• Notify supervisors of any equipment issues, cleaning product shortages, or malfunctions.
• Adhere to infection control and proper handwashing techniques to maintain hygiene standards.
• Consistently meet customer service expectations and cleaning quality standards.
• Undertake any other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior custodial or janitorial experience in a commercial setting is advantageous.
• Capability to comprehend and follow both verbal and written instructions.
• Readiness to perform repetitive tasks with consistency.
• Ability to independently complete all assigned duties post-training.
• Demonstrated punctuality and reliability for all scheduled shifts.
• Physical capacity to stand and walk for approximately 6-8 hours daily.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a maximum of 50 pounds.
• Comfort working with food products and cleaning chemicals.
• Adherence to COVID-19 vaccination mandates, as dictated by state, local, or customer requirements.
• Requirement to provide a criminal background check.
