Delivery Driver

About the role

This position focuses on delivering and installing Aidacare equipment at customers’ homes. The aim is to make sure every order reaches the customer at the agreed time and arrives in suitable condition.

Role details

Title: Delivery Driver
Location: Orange, New South Wales, Australia
Working hours: Monday to Friday, full-time permanent
Reporting to: Branch Manager

Essential skills and qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring a practical, customer-focused approach and be comfortable handling equipment and deliveries.

• Experience in driving or warehouse work is an advantage, though it is not mandatory
• A current driver licence is required
• You should be physically capable of lifting heavier items and following safe manual handling practices
• A professional, approachable and friendly manner is important at all times
• You must be willing to obtain, or already hold, the relevant screening checks needed for working with clients, such as a police check or NDIS Worker Screening check

Responsibilities

• Manually and with forklift support, load and unload delivery vehicles
• Assemble equipment and provide assistance where needed
• Clean and maintain products from time to time
• Support stock management and purchase order tasks
• Pick and pack items for dispatch
