Role overview
Cotswold Outdoor Group is seeking a Digital Designer to help shape how the brand inspires customers, supports its stores, and connects with its outdoor community. This position contributes to the wider mission of helping people spend more time outside and experience the natural world.
The role is based in Swindon, England, at the company’s new sustainable head office in 1 Newbridge Square, located close to the train station and the new bus boulevard. The office has been designed to encourage collaboration, wellbeing, and more sustainable ways of working.
This is a hybrid position, with at least three days each week spent in the office.
About the company
Cotswold Outdoor Group believes life is better outdoors. Its head office teams support a range of work that helps customers get outside, explore more, and enjoy activities such as hiking, wild swimming, and other adventures away from screens.
The group includes Cotswold Outdoor, Runners Need, and Snow + Rock, and is focused on trusted brands, expert guidance, and a commitment to protecting the planet. The company offers opportunities to learn, develop, and contribute to something larger than a day-to-day design role.

- Stay informed about new tools, technology, and workflows, and look for ways to improve how the team works.
- Contribute to animation, motion, and AI-based creative work by developing distinctive concepts and visual outputs.
- Take feedback from senior creatives and stakeholders, then refine work to reach the best final result.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams so design output supports both customer needs and business goals.
