About the Role

As a Dishwasher at Surfside #60, you will help keep the restaurant clean, sanitized, and presentable at all times. This role is essential to maintaining a tidy dining and kitchen environment and ensuring all dishware, utensils, and equipment meet the company’s cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow the company’s safety rules, sanitation procedures, and related training.
  • Wash, clean, and sanitize plateware, glassware, silverware, cookware, and kitchen tools according to company standards.
  • Keep sanitation tasks going throughout the entire shift.
  • Maintain a clean kitchen by sweeping, mopping, and clearing debris from floors and work areas.
  • Handle assigned prep tasks, opening and closing duties, and general beautification work.
  • Set up, monitor, and shut down the dishwashing machine at the start, during service, and at closing.
  • Support other team members whenever assistance is needed.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements
