Key Duties
- Oversee escrow files from opening through final completion.

- Request title reports and help address title issues such as defects, liens, and encumbrances.
- Draft, check, and process closing paperwork and settlement statements.
- Work out prorations, reconcile escrow balances, release funds, and finalize closings.
- Stay in contact with all transaction stakeholders and clarify forms, terms, and procedures when needed.
- Adhere to internal policies, legal and regulatory standards, and risk-control practices.
- Take on other related tasks as assigned.
Candidate Profile

The company also provides benefits eligibility that may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, paid sick leave, and an employee stock purchase plan.
Additional Information
Applicants may be considered regardless of arrest or conviction records, subject to relevant state and local fair chance laws. A criminal history review may be performed after a conditional offer is made, and any history that conflicts with sensitive duties such as handling confidential information, processing financial transactions, or meeting customer-imposed background requirements may affect the offer.
