Role overview
This position provides high-level secretarial, clerical, and administrative support. The role includes drafting correspondence in final form, greeting and assisting visitors, coordinating office activities, arranging meetings, maintaining records and files, and handling assigned special projects.
The work requires a solid understanding of the supervisor’s areas of responsibility so information can be collected accurately, reports can be prepared, correspondence can be handled effectively, and projects can be completed with minimal direction. The role also involves regular interaction with Board Members, Medical Directors, Broward Health executives, and community leaders.

Education
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Experience and skills
This role calls for at least four years of relevant experience. Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools is highly desirable, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also strongly preferred.
The ideal candidate should be able to work with a high degree of discretion, maintain strict confidentiality, and present a consistently professional manner while carrying out duties and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
