Role overview
We are hiring an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Chief Marketing Officer in a fast-paced mobile gaming scale-up based in London. This position is a hands-on partnership role designed for someone who can keep a senior leader organized, focused, and operating efficiently in a high-energy environment.
The role goes well beyond standard diary management. You will help coordinate demanding schedules, arrange international travel, prepare and align strategic meetings, and provide support across important initiatives so that day-to-day operations run smoothly.
What the role involves
- Managing a complex and changing calendar for the CMO.
- Coordinating international travel arrangements and related logistics.
- Organizing meetings and ensuring key stakeholders are prepared.
- Supporting the CMO with strategic projects and priority initiatives.
- Maintaining structure, accuracy, and continuity across a busy workload.
Ideal background
The preferred candidate will have experience in a fast-moving environment such as tech, scale-ups, gaming, hospitality, or a similar sector. Strong experience supporting senior executives is essential, along with excellent coordination skills and a high level of attention to detail.
