About the Role

RIKAS Hospitality Group is hiring an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO across business priorities and, where required, select personal matters. This position calls for a highly organized, detail-focused, and discreet professional who can stay ahead of needs and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly in a busy international hospitality setting. The role also includes administrative support for other Executive Team members when needed.

Key Responsibilities

The position covers executive coordination, travel planning, communication support, and confidential administrative work.

  • Oversee the CEO’s demanding calendar, including appointments and scheduling across multiple time zones.
  • Organize and prioritize meetings, calls, and other commitments.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, presentations, and related materials.
  • Handle professional written correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Monitor action items and follow up to ensure tasks and commitments are completed on time.
  • Act as a primary liaison between the CEO and internal as well as external stakeholders.
