Role Overview

A global natural resources company is looking for an Executive Office Assistant to support senior leaders on a temporary-to-permanent basis in Washington, D.C.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide senior-level administrative support to executive leadership across a global organization.
  • Own complex calendar management, scheduling, and coordination across several time zones.
