Overview
Cruxx is hiring an Executive Search Consultant focused on MedTech in Leeds. The position follows a hybrid pattern with three days spent on site, and compensation is listed as DOE. This is a chance to join a specialist executive search business at an early stage where the next phase of growth is still being shaped.

Cruxx is a Yorkshire-based executive search firm dedicated entirely to the MedTech sector. The business works on retained assignments for serious clients whose companies are developing surgical robotics, neurostimulation devices, and cancer therapies. The company operates as more than a search firm. Role Summary
You will take ownership of a MedTech sub-niche, develop a market position in it, and become a recognised name within that space. The role requires you to manage retained search assignments from initial client briefing through market mapping, candidate evaluation, and commercial close. You will also cultivate long-term relationships with founders, chairs, investors, and senior leadership teams, while helping strengthen the Cruxx brand through content, podcast involvement, and visible market presence.
This is a building role rather than a process-driven desk job. The expectation is that you will contribute to the growth of a business, not simply fill positions.

The ideal candidate has two to five years of experience in executive or professional search. You should bring a growth mindset, be comfortable identifying and working on your development areas, and be open to doing things differently rather than relying on established routines. A genuine desire to help build something distinctive is essential.
This opportunity is unlikely to suit someone who feels they already know everything or someone who is content to coast. It is better suited to someone ambitious, reflective, and commercially driven.
