Facility Operations Team Member

Position Overview

In this role, you’ll help keep the club clean, organized, and welcoming while delivering friendly support to members. The facility should remain well maintained, properly stocked, and aligned with Life Time’s presentation standards.

Key Duties

• Carry out daily upkeep to maintain cleanliness and safety in both indoor and outdoor club areas.
• Clean, dry, fold, and replenish member towels, and keep locker rooms tidy and orderly.
• Use locker room supplies, cleaning materials, and chemicals within the limits set by the department budget.
• Answer member questions about Life Time’s products, services, rules, and processes.

Role Requirements

• Must be able to bend frequently and lift more than 20 lbs.
• Should be able to remain on your feet and move around the club for extended periods.

Preferred Education

A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Compensation

This is an hourly role with pay starting at $17.60 and going up to $20.50, depending on experience and qualifications.
