TRUSTIQ SECURITY SERVICES is looking for a Field Sales Associate to support business growth through client visits, lead creation, and team coordination. The role requires confident communication in English and Hindi, along with a proactive, target-oriented approach.

What You Will Do

• Visit prospective clients in person to present the company’s security services and build a strong lead pipeline.
• Plan and execute sales strategies that help achieve targets and increase revenue.
• Supervise and support a sales team, offering direction to help them perform effectively.
• Maintain positive client relationships and resolve concerns to ensure a good customer experience.
• Work with the marketing team on promotional content and campaign activities.
• Review sales figures and market patterns to find areas for improvement and expansion.
• Keep track of industry developments and competitor activity to stay competitive in the market.

Compensation

The yearly pay is in the range of INR 3,00,000 to 3,60,000.
