About the Role
This position sits within Finance Operations and supports month-end close, Group reporting, productivity tracking, savings initiatives, and CAPEX-related activities across Operations. The role also helps improve data quality, finance templates, and reporting processes, while partnering with the Finance Operations Senior Manager on forecasts, estimates, and projections.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Project Management team on estimating and reporting productivity initiatives.
- Own the full workflow for Iproview, the savings reporting platform, and Orsoft, the master data system, as the Finance Operations representative.
- Assist with month-end closing tasks, including accrual entries, variance analysis, and consolidation of operational results for the Americas organization.
- Support planning cycles by preparing cost bridges and COGS per kilogram analysis.
- Provide finance support for CAPEX management.
- Improve, expand, and maintain reporting and analytical tools used to support finance decision-making.
Compensation and Benefits
The base pay for this role is CAD 60,000 to CAD 85,000 annually. Final compensation will depend on relevant experience, qualifications, internal pay alignment, and market conditions.
