Financial Analyst (Remote)

Role overview

This is a full-time remote finance research and analysis position supporting a client through Quik Hire Staffing. The work is centered on in-depth financial research, modeling, and analysis to help shape investment choices and broader strategic plans. The role also involves partnering with cross-functional teams to build frameworks and tools that improve financial decision-making.

What you will do

• Create and apply quantitative models to study financial markets, trends, and investment opportunities.
• Perform detailed research on financial products, macroeconomic indicators, and sector-specific developments.
• Build and improve algorithms that support automated financial analysis and decision-making.
• Work closely with data science and engineering teams to turn research findings into scalable solutions.
• Share insights, findings, and recommendations with stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Skills and qualifications

• Hands-on ability with Python, R, or similar languages used in financial analysis and modeling.
• Strong experience with financial data, including market information, company financials, and economic indicators.
• Solid grounding in quantitative finance, econometrics, or a related discipline.
• Capability to build, test, and validate financial models and algorithms.
• Comfort working with large datasets and turning them into practical insights.
