About the Role
This is a busy, client-facing position in a fast-paced service setting. The role calls for calm decision-making, efficient customer guidance, and close coordination with the wider branch team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and visitors in a polished, professional manner.
- Assess visitor needs and route them to the appropriate service or team.
- Review supporting documents and assist with queue management and ticketing workflows.
- Spot and prioritize customers who need special attention, including VIP guests, older adults, and others with higher support needs.
- Manage expectations proactively and escalate concerns early when issues arise.
- Help calm tense situations and work with branch staff to resolve them.
- Encourage customers to use digital and self-service options when suitable.
Qualifications
The employer is seeking someone with 5 years of experience in a customer-facing position and a diploma or higher in Business, Customer Service, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
