Its work spans the Data Centre, Life Science, Technology, and Construction sectors, and it delivers support across the full project lifecycle from early design through to completion. Core capabilities include BIM consultancy, digital twins, geospatial surveying, and monitoring.
Role overview
This full-time, on-site position is based in Greater Dublin and focuses on delivering accurate land and structural survey work using modern geospatial tools and surveying equipment. The role requires collecting, checking, and processing field data, then turning that information into reliable 2D and 3D outputs that can be used by BIM, engineering, and project teams.
Key duties
- Plan and execute land and structural surveys with surveying instruments and geospatial technologies.
- Capture accurate site data in line with project needs and technical standards.
- Process survey information, check it for quality, and validate the results before delivery.
- Create precise 2D drawings and 3D deliverables for internal teams and clients.
- Work closely with BIM, engineering, and project stakeholders to integrate survey data into digital models.
- Prepare survey reports, drawings, and client-facing documentation.
- Look after survey equipment and ensure it remains in working order.
- Follow Health & Safety requirements and maintain safe working practices on site.
- Contribute to improving survey methods and support more advanced digital engineering workflows.
- Assist with innovative geospatial solutions across complex projects in multiple sectors.
Required experience and capabilities
- Hands-on geospatial surveying experience, including use of total stations, GPS, laser scanners, and other field data capture tools.
- Ability to process survey data and work with mapping or CAD/BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of coordinate systems, setting-out, topographic surveys, and as-built surveying in construction or engineering settings.
- Strong focus on accuracy, quality control, documentation, and preparation of survey outputs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills for work with multidisciplinary site teams.
- A qualification in Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong commitment to safe working practices and Health & Safety compliance.
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across Ireland, the UK, and Europe when needed.
- Exposure to BIM, digital twin, or monitoring environments would be an advantage.
Additional information
The role is full-time and site-based. Travel may be required as projects demand across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.
